Ryan is a life-long artist that is skilled not only in the art of Tattoo, though also the ability to work with a client on visualizing their design and bringing it to realization.

Originally trained as an illustrator, Ryan received his Bachelor's Degree in the Fine Arts from the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design.

Ryan worked as a freelance illustrator / graphic designer for 2 years in Pennsylvannia and Florida before accepting an in-house position as the Art Director for an importer in Baltimore, MD.

Always dreaming of becoming a tattoo artist, Ryan pursued an apprenticeship in the amazing industry of Tattoo.

Ryan grew fast in the field.  After 4 years of experience he had the itch to move forward once again.  His hard work paid off when he opened York, PA's premier tattoo studio, Vivid Skin Tattoo.
